Not only will I be resting today, but I'll likely be glued to my couch all day, as well. Today is my church's General Conference, so I have 4 hours of televised sermons to take in.
Middle aged white man tied to a desk all day is turning 40 in 2012. What more needs to be said? Maybe this from my teenage daughter: "This program gives old guys muscles. Gross."

Day 40: Rest
I'm happy to see that I've entered the 40s. I'll be halfway through the program before this next week is done.
Not only will I be resting today, but I'll likely be glued to my couch all day, as well. Today is my church's General Conference, so I have 4 hours of televised sermons to take in.
Who knows? I may even throw in a nap while I'm at it? I love to rest.
