My only motivation this morning was knowing that this was my final day with Plyometrics. I used to like it, but now I don't. And I'm happy to be done with it - at least for this round of P90X.
Not much else to say. One day closer to the end.
Middle aged white man tied to a desk all day is turning 40 in 2012. What more needs to be said? Maybe this from my teenage daughter: "This program gives old guys muscles. Gross."
